Amtrak: LA to El Paso
I hope to travel with Amtrak from LA to El Paso on or about 13 September. There are two trains that depart LA, namely the Texas Eagle and the Sunset Limited (both departing LA at 1430 and arriving in El Paso the following morning at 0815). Both have seats available, the Texas Eagle at US$179 and the Sunset Limited at US$92. Amtrak's http://www.amtrak.com doesn't give any indication as to why two seats, exactly the same, are charged ...
