Other factors such as poor health care extremely high unemployment low wages bad housing and low life expectancy are also the other determining factors which make Port Moresby such a bad place to live. I agree with you that Honduras is bad and is worse then Papua New Guinea when it comes to crime and violence and last year Honduras had the highest murder rate in then world with a shockingly extremely high murder rate of 185 per 100,000.
