Who takes care of the animals in 3rd world countries?
I'm here in a little village in the Philippine islands and i see so many really tore up, sick looking, SKINNY as hell, bad health looking dogs and cats around the area, i was walking with a bag of cheeto's and tried giving the dog some today and he didnt even know what to do makes me sad, a starving hungry dog didnt even know what to do with food so so sad as an animal love, please if any situation you ...
