Exactly! I don't think we ate in any big restaurants in our whole trip. We ate from small stalls, and bought food from the ladies carrying fruit and snacks around the streets; we ate in small local cafes and searched out the local specialities wherever we went. The food and the people of Vietnam make it a very special place!.
